通过对历代针灸医籍及名家针刺手法论述中有关盘针手法的文献进行整理，选择具有代表性的医家及著作, 对盘针手法的定义及操作、作用、应用等内容进行归纳、整理、分析，探究其精华，以期能促进盘针手法这种古老而卓有疗效的疗法传承，并更好地应用于临床。
his article reviewed the literature of classic acupuncture books and some books of famous people in acupuncture manipulation. Objective to conclude and analyse the definition , manipulation, function, and applyment of the curled acupuncture manipulation in clinical. This article investigated its essence of the acupuncture manipulation to achieve better effect in clinical practices.
