面向云制造的生产线仿真模型设计

为了研究云制造中制造资源虚拟化的实现方法,本文设计了一种生产线系统的仿真模型。该模型分为制造设备层和制造工艺层。制造设备层模型包括扩展D-H模型、图结构模型和ODE模型三个层次。扩展D-H模型是对制造设备各杆件的建模,用D-H参数表征杆件之间的位置关系;图结构模型是制造设备的物理模型,用顶点和弧来表征制造设备的杆件和关节,克服D-H模型在描述复杂结构制造设备上的局限性;ODE模型在虚拟空间创建虚拟的制造设备。以Petri网的结构建立制造工艺模型,条件和事件结点分别表示制造设备的状态和运行方式。访问Petri网模型,并进行轨迹规划,由规划获得的控制量经控制接口传递至ODE模型,由ODE模型实现虚拟制造设备的运行,从而完成制造资源的虚拟化。文中基于本方案实现了一条自动剪切生产线的仿真模型,并进行了虚拟制造实验,验证了方案的有效性。

o study the method of resource virtualization in cloud manufacturing(CMfg), an general model design solution on product line is presented. The model include device model and process model. Establish a device model based on D-H model, graph model and ODE model. D-H model is modeling on links and joints, describe the position of links by D-H parameter; graph model is physic model of device, describe the device by vertex and arc, to avoid ambiguity; ODE model establish virtual device in virtual space. process model is based on Petri-net, describe the state and operate of device by conditions and event of petri. Access Petri-net model and plane trajectory for devices, transform control variables to ODE, ODE drive virtual devices to operate and complete virtulization of manufacturing resource.A simulate model based on proposed method is designed and realized, a virtual product expriments about automatic clipping line is given. The expriment results prove the effectiveness of the presented methods.
