大功率机车用质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)发电系统在不同工况下运行时不仅存在严重的"氧饥饿"现象,同时也存在"氧饱和"现象。如果过氧比(OER)过低,会出现"氧饥饿"现象,导致电堆供氧不足,使系统输出功率降低,无法满足负载需求,同时会使质子交换膜表面出现"热点",导致电堆短路、降低电堆使用寿命等问题;如果OER过高,即出现"氧饱和"现象,将导致系统寄生功耗增大,使系统净输出功率降低。因此,本文通过建立的机车用PEMFC系统模型,实现了对OER运行区域的有效划分,实现了OER检测在机车应用中的可行性,改善了系统稳态性能和系统可靠性。

Proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) power system for high-power locomotive has both "oxygen starvation" and "oxygen saturation" under different working conditions. The oxygen starvation will occur if oxygen excess ratio (OER) is too low, which will casuse the oxygen deficiency and reduce the output power of PEMFC system so that the load demand can not be satisfied.At the same time, the"hot spot" will appear on the surface of MEA, causing the problems such as the stack short circuit,stack life cycle reduction. If OER is too high, it would enlarge the parasitic loss and reduce net output power of PEMFC system.Therefore, a model of PEMFC system of locomotive was established in this paper. An effictive division of OER working region and the feasibility of OER detection in locomotive application was also achieved based on the model, and then the static performance and the stability of PEMFC system were improved.
