为了解决生产制造企业生产过程中物料配送车辆路径规划问题,本文提出基于软时间窗的配送车辆路径优化方法。该方法以"以工位为中心"的物料配送模式为基础,对生产制造车间内的物料环境进行了分析,在此基础上,在考虑了车辆载重质量和物料配送时间窗等约束条件的情况下,建立了以最小配送成本为目标物料配送模型并采用遗传算法对该模型进行求解,并在Matlab上进行实例仿真验证了该算法的可行性和有效性。该研究对于生产制造企业提升其配送效率具有一定的借鉴意义。

In order to solve the vehicle routing problem of material distribution in discrete manufacturing process, this paper proposes a vehicle routing optimization method based on soft time window. Based on the "station-centered" material distribution model, the material distribution environment of discrete manufacturing workshop is analyzed. On this basis, the material distribution model is established and the genetic algorithm is used to model the material distribution model under the condition of the manufacturing-logistics technology and the constraints of vehicle load and material distribution time window, and the objective is to minimize the distribution cost. The solution is solved and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm are verified by an example. This study has a certain reference significance for logistics distribution enterprises to improve their distribution efficiency.
