本文介绍了一种多层次应急通信网络,其中的中继平台由两层无人机系统来支撑,为应急通信网络的结构拓扑提供了一种新的方法。首先对应急通信网络及无人机的特点进行了介绍,然后重点针对应急通信网络系统设计进行了阐述和分析,包括组网结构及平台特点,最后利用Enet仿真规划软件对两层无人机中继平台下的应急通信网络进行初步的仿真,结合仿真结果分析了两层无人机中继平台的可靠性。

his article introduces a multi-level emergency communication network, in which the relay platform is supported by double-layer UAV systems and it provides a new method for structural topology of emergency communication network.Firstly, the characteristics of emergency communication network and UAV are introduced.Then, it is analyzed on the design of the emergency communications network system including the network structure and platform features, Finally,the emergency communication network under the double-layer UAV platform is simulated by Enet simulation software, and the reliability of the platform is analyzed over the simulation results.
