基于电力系统混合仿真的低频振荡误差校正策略

近年来,大区电网的互联导致低频振荡现象频繁发生,而低频振荡分析得到的结论完全依赖于电力系统动态仿真的准确度。针对目前动态仿真存在的模型、参数的不准确性这一现状,本文以IPLAN程序控制语言为二次开发平台,基于电力系统混合仿真,提出了一种缩小低频振荡分析误差的策略,即在PSS/E中实施混合仿真,并对区域联络线传输功率进行Prony分析,然后依据特征根灵敏度和参数辨识技术对其进行误差校正。算例表明了所提策略的可行性、正确性。

In recent years, the connection of large power grid led to frequent occurrence of low-frequency oscillation, while the conclusions of analyzing low-frequency oscillations is totally dependent on the accuracy of power system dynamic simulation. According to the dynamic simulation status of inaccurate model and parameter, Due to the secondary development program controlling language IPLAN, this paper presents a strategy to reduce the errors of analyzing low-frequency oscillations, that is, implement hybrid simulation in PSS/E and Prony analysis of transmitting power in tie-line, then emendate errors with relevant technologies of parameter identification and eigenvalue sensitivity. It is showed that the proposed strategy is feasible and correct by the example.
