he 'Smart' catalysts can not only promote a reaction as the traditional catalysts, but also respond usefully to the stimulus. As a result, they make a reaction under control as well as easily separation and reactivity. Here the development of the smart catalysts research including the application of thermo-responsive, pH-responsive and multi-responsive in the catalysis is reviewed.
