西江航道服务水平分析

ccording to the shortcoming of method for study on the inland waterway, this paper proposes the concept of service level which is divided into design service and running service. Their grade partitions and values are also discussed. In combination with the operation data of Guiwu waterway, the design waterway capacity is ascertained by design service and the service level of waterway is evaluated by running service. These results show that the method of service level can evaluate the condition of Xijiang waterway and provide a reference for further determining the grade of it.
