干燥综合征Th细胞因子变化及活血解毒方药的干预作用

目的 通过对干燥综合征Th细胞因子表达变化的测定，观察干燥综合征的T细胞免疫变化及中药活血解毒方的干预作用。方法 免疫诱导法建立干燥综合征小鼠模型，同时给予活血解毒中药复方进行干预，采用ELISA法测定小鼠颌下腺中干扰素γ及IL-4含量。结果：模型组颌下腺中INF-γ的含量较正常组显著增高（P<0.01）,给予中药活血解毒方干预后，INF-γ含量明显下降（P<0.01）；模型组颌下腺中IL-4含量较正常组有增高趋势（P<0.05），治疗组IL-4含量有下降趋势，但无统计学差异（P>0.05）；INF-γ/IL-4值模型组升高，给予药物干预后有下降趋势但无统计学差异。（P>0.05）。结论 干燥综合征存在T细胞免疫异常，表现为Th细胞因子的产生增加。活血解毒方可能通过干预细胞因子的产生，缓解腺体损伤。。
Purpose Investigate the changes of T helper cytokines and the effects of HUOXUEJIEDU prescription.Method Immune Induction method were used to duplicate the rice model of Sj?gren's syndrome.HUOXUEJIEDU priscription was used to the SSmodel(once a day,30d). Contens of interleukin -4(IL-4) and interferon-α(IFN-γ）of the salivary gland were measured with ELISA.Results Contents of INF-γ of model group were higer than those of normal group（P<0.01）,while the contents of INF-γ of reatment group were lower than those of model group（P<0.05）; Contents of IL-4 of model group were higer than those of normal group（P<0.01）,while the contents of INF-γ of reatment group were lower than those of model group,but no statistical significance.The ratio of INF-γ and IL-4 were higer in model group and was lowered after the treatment of HUOXUEJIEDU prescription,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion There is abnormal of invigorating blood circulation and detoxification can relive the damage of gland by the effects on the cytokines.
