湿化学法制备MoS2微米颗粒及物性研究
Synthesis and Properties Research of the Molybdenum Disulfide Microparticles by Wet-chemical Method
MoS2由于具有优异的物理和化学性质,作为功能材料被广泛地研究。本文采用水热法,研究了采用添加表面活性剂,改变反应时间对MoS2结构和形貌的影响规律。得出如下实验结果:添加表面活性剂和退火处理可以提高产物纯度,降低粒径尺寸,提高分子内部结构的有序性,但是表面活性剂会随着反应时间的延长活性有所降低。
ue to the excellent physical and chemical properties of MoS2, it is widely studied as a functional material. In this paper, we used the hydrothermal method and changed reaction time and temperature on the structure and morphology of MoS2,then we studied the regular pattern of it under the surfactant. We drawed the following results:the surfactant and post-annealing can improve the quality of crystalline material,however,the surfactant can decrease the activity of the reaction time.
