在DHR9401落锤式冲击试验机完成了3个外管为不锈钢的中空夹层钢管混凝土构件侧向撞击试验,并采用ABAQUS软件建立了用于理论分析的有限元模型。试验中通过安装在落锤上的力传感器记录了冲击力时程曲线,其曲线具有较长的平台值阶段,实验结果表明此类结构具有良好的抗冲击性能。在此基础上,采用ABAQUS有限元软件,考虑材料的动态应变率和材料的非线性,建立了其的模型,并与试验中记录的冲击力时程曲线进行了对比。

hree concrete filled stainless double steel tubular members under three different impact energywere tested under DHR9401 drop-weight-impact-tester, time-history curves were recorded.The results of experimental study show that the performance of stainless double steel tubular membersunder lateral impact is good. A finite element analysis (FEA) model using ABAQUS were developed to predict the behavior of specimen under low transverse impact. The test results were used to verify the accuracy of model. It is found that it can predict the test result with reasonable accuracy.
