灰铸铁圆轴纯扭转破坏拉应力与拉伸强度比实验和强度理论计算的矛盾

应用圆轴扭转应力分析传统理论,对五组灰铸铁圆轴的单向拉伸强度和压缩强度、纯扭转强度实验数据进行了实验和强度理论两方面研究,得到灰铸铁圆轴纯扭转破坏时最大拉应力和单向拉伸强度比k的实验值在1.362-1.530之间,灰铸铁圆轴纯扭转破坏时最大拉应力超过1.3倍单向拉伸强度;根据Mohr-Coulomb准则、Josefson-Hjelm准则、Altenbach准则、极限应变能强度理论等四个适用于灰铸铁的强度理论,得到灰铸铁圆轴纯扭转破坏时最大拉应力和单向拉伸强度比k的强度理论计算值在0.778-1.176之间。发现了灰铸铁圆轴纯扭转破坏时最大拉应力和单向拉伸强度比k的实验值和强度理论计算值之间存在较大的矛盾。四个强度理论计算五组灰铸铁纯扭转强度实验数据的组平均误差是40%-90%的正误差,说明圆轴扭转应力分析传统理论得到的主应力高估了灰铸铁圆轴扭转时的破坏强度。圆轴扭转应力分析传统理论对灰铸铁可能不适用,对这一问题还有待进行深入研究。
In this paper, using the traditional theory for torsion stress analysis of circular shaft, the uniaxial tensile, uniaxial compressive, pure torsional experimental data of five groups of gray cast iron are researched from aspects of experiment and strength theory respectively. It is obtained that the ratio (k) between the experimental value of the maximum tensile strength and the uniaxial tensile strength of gray cast iron when fracture is between 1.362 and 1.530; the maximum tensile strength of gray cast iron when fracture is more than 1.3 times larger than the relative uniaxial tensile stress. According to the four strength theory for gray cast iron, Mohr-Coulomb criterion, Josefson-Hjelm criterion, Altenbach criterion, limiting strain energy strength theory, the value of k of gray cast iron when fracture is between 0.778 and 1.176. It is discovered there exist a contradiction between the experimental value of k of gray cast iron and the relative calculation results according to strength theories. The average calculation error of five groups of experimental data of gray cast gray under pure torsion is 40%-90%, which indicates the principal stress according to the traditional theory for torsion stress analysis of circular shaft overestimated the fracture strength of gray cast iron under pure torsion. The traditional theory for torsion stress analysis of circular shaft may not be applicable for gray cast iron. This problem is worth further research.
