国内外粮食安全研究的视角、内容与方法综述

From the conceptual meaning, research contents and methods about food security, this paper reviewed the current domestic and international researches and then summarized the following study characteristics: first, the related studies paid close attention to the countries with populous population, poor natural resources conditions and low level of economic development, and the impact of grassroots decision-making behaviors of individuals on food security had attracted increasing attention; secondly, the problem was mostly put in the systematic researches which were affected by multi factors, so that we could explore the influencing mechanism about food security in comprehensive views; thirdly, the studies shifted from mere concerns of food production to food quantity, quality and sustainable development, and at the same time, household food security and nutritional balance problem became to be new hotspots; fourthly, multidisciplinary approached such as economic analysis, sociological methods and systems analysis methods were use together to analyze the problem of food security.
