探讨了基于无铬多金属配合鞣剂的少铬鞣黄牛纳帕鞋面革生产工艺,其采用1%阳离子油进行鞣前预处理,12%无铬多金属配合鞣剂与2%铬鞣剂进行结合鞣制,8%无铬多金属配合鞣剂进行无铬复鞣,该工艺鞣制得到的蓝湿革收缩温度高于95℃,成品革收缩温度超过100℃,铬污染较常规工艺小,理化性能与感官性能均符合行业标准,是一种生态环保的实用工艺。

he production process of cattle nappa shoe upper leather including pre-tanning, tanning and retanning were discussed in this paper. The optimal parameters of the less- chrome tanning have been obtained pre-tanning by 1% cationic oil, tanning by 12% free-chrome compound metal and 2% chrome tanning agents,and retanning by 8% free-chrome compound metal tanning agents. As a result,the shrinkage temperature of wet blue leather and finished leather were higher than 95℃ and 100℃ respectively, and the chromium pollution was less, the physical and mechanical properties and sensory properties of finished leather were better than traditional process. The less-chrome tanning technology was a cleaner manufacturing technique which meets industry standards.
