Study on effects of sucrose and glutamine mouse in cryopreservation of mouse fibroblasts

实验对小鼠胎儿成纤维细胞进行冷冻保存,以二种冷冻液为基础液添加不同浓度的蔗糖和谷氨酰胺,以探讨其对儿成纤维细胞冷冻保存效果的影响。结果表明以EG为冷冻保护剂的冷冻液中添加蔗糖能显著提高冷冻效果。

he experiment was designed to study cryopreservative effects of mouse fibroblasts based on two freezing dilutions with different concentration of sucrose and glutamine. The results shew that EG cryopreservative dilutions with sucrose can improve freezing qulity.
