开槽预应力闸墩应力集中特性研究
he Research on Stress Concentration of Slotting for Pre-stressed Pier
开槽预应力闸墩作为一种新型的结构形式在实际工程中得到了一定的应用,但在理论及原理上尚未有所突破。为了较好的分析开槽预应力闸墩槽附近的应力集中问题,本文采用有限元结构分析软件模拟了某大型水电站在施工期和运行期不同荷载组合作用下的受力情况。通过改变预留槽的位置及大小,分析闸墩的应力分布状况。最后,从弹性力学的角度,应用复变函数法对孔口附近的应力分布情况进行计算,并将变化规律与开槽预应力闸墩的应力集中情况进行了分析对比。结果表明,预应力闸墩因开槽而引起应力集中可以被充分利用,不仅可以提高预应力锚索的预压效果,还可以通过改善预压应力的传力路径,使其传到更为有效的部位。
s a new type of structure, the slotted pre-stressed pier has been used in actual projects, but in theory and principle, there are no breakthroughs. In order to analyze the stress concentration around the slot, the three-dimensional nonlinear analysis for a pre-stressed pier of a gravitational dam has been done by using FEM software in this paper. By changing the slot’s position and size, the state of stress has been analyzed in the pier. At last, the complex function method is used to analyze the state of stress around a rectangular hole in infinite elastic plane. The law of stress changes in the plane has been compared with the pre-stressed pier. The results of the study show that setting a slot in the anchor block can not only be used to increase pre-stress’ value, but also be used to transfer the pre-stress to more effective regions.
