深井厚层复合顶板煤层巷道围岩控制技术研究
Study on Surrounding Rock Control Technology of Coal Roadway in Deep Mine under Thick Compound Roof
高预应力支护本文根据深井煤巷思想和动态加固过程控制的支护理念, 通过数值模拟分析和现场试验,研究深井厚层复合顶板条件下大断面煤层巷道围岩控制技术。丁集煤矿在埋深756m的煤巷内高预应力、高强长锚杆和锚索梁组合支护方案,开展工业性试验并进行矿压观测分析。矿压观测结果表明,巷道围岩变形控制效果好,围岩结构稳定,围岩变形控制在200mm范围内,效果显著。
hrough numerical simulation analysis and spot experiment, this paper studied on surrounding rock control technology of large fracture coal roadway in deep mine under thick compound roof, according to high initial stress supporting thought of coal roadway in deep mine and supporting logos of dynamic situation compacting. Using high pretensioned stress long anchor bolt and anchor rope combined supporting program of coal roadway under 756 meters in Dingji Mine, carrying out type approval test and mineral pressure observation analysis. Mineral pressure observation result shows it has a good effect on roadway surrounding rock controlling and a steady surrounding rock structure, fracture of surrounding rock was controlled within 200mm and the test is successful.
