国际贸易对浙江省环境的影响分析
Analysis on the Influence of World Trade to Environment of Zhejiang Province
贸易与环境的关系是现今国际贸易中的一个热点问题。贸易活动对环境的影响主要表现为：贸易活动的开展扩大了生产和消费活动的规模，使得人们更加注意环境的质量；同时经济规模的扩大也增加了自然资源的消耗和废物的排放，加剧了环境的退化等。对于处在改革开放前沿的浙江省来说，一方面受着国际贸易活动扩张带来的积极与消极各种不同方面的影响同时，作为一个外贸大省，在出口领域也面临着越来越严重的各种环境问题。我省的贸易活动对环境资源的影响到底如何，是摆在我省经济发展前面不可回避的问题。这里，通过对浙江省人均GDP及污染物排放量之间做协整检验，得出浙江省的环境库兹涅茨曲线是一条新型的不同于倒“U”型的曲线，以及在此基础上为浙江省的贸易与环境协调发展做出政策建议。
he relationship between trade and environment now is a hotspot in the world trade. The effects that expanded scale of production and consumption,made people pay more attention on the quality of environment by the trading activities.With consuming more nature resource and letting more castoff,the increased economy degenerated the environment.Zhejiang Province with the economy developing fast,is faced with many kinds of environment problems.This paper gets a new kind of Kuznets Curve which is different from the inversed “U”form.Finally,the author gives suggestions on how to harmonize trade and environment.
