基于MODBUS现场总线的煤矿低压电网监控系统研究
Study on the Monitoring System for Mine low voltage grid
为了更大程度地提高矿井安全水平,本文在煤矿井下原有供电系统的基础上,提出了基于Modbus现场总线和电力载波技术的井下低压电网监控系统技术方案。本文简要介绍了Modbus通讯协议,重点阐述了实现井下低压电网远程监控功能的软硬件设计方案,最终实现了煤矿井下低压电网的的远程监控功能,并在工业现场顺利投入运行。
In order to greatly improve the safety of mine , Monitoring system technical program for Mine low voltage grid which is based on Modbus field bus and power line carrier technology was proposed in the paper ,which is based on the current power supply system. This paper describes the Modbus communication protocol briefly, also it illustrates the hardware and software design solutions for low voltage grid remote monitoring system, and ultimately the remote monitoring capabilities for mine low voltage grid are achieved and successfully put into the industrial field.
