对饮用水源水及工艺流程水的内毒素评价
n Assessment of Endotoxin in the Sources and Technically Treated Samples of Drinking Water
饮用水中内毒素的浓度已经引起世界上广泛的关注,在国内将此指标用于饮用水质检测具有重要意义。我们首次用凝胶法对P市N水厂饮用水的源水和工艺流程各阶段水样内毒素的浓度进行了检测。数据表明:在源水加高锰酸钾的流程(工艺流程一)中,源水1、源水2内毒素浓度范围在20~50 EU/mL(EU为内毒素单位);源水3内毒素浓度在5 EU/mL以下;三个出厂水内毒素浓度范围在1~16 EU/mL。经过各工艺的处理,6月份内毒素去除率为92%;7月份内毒素去除率为84%。实验还发现,源水加高锰酸钾的流程(工艺流程一)比进厂水加高锰酸钾的流程(工艺流程二)对内毒素的去除率高。本文还经过比较表明:凝胶和显色两种方法检测的内毒素浓度之间不存在显著差异,同一新鲜和冰冻水样的内毒素浓度之间亦无显著差异。
he concentration of endotoxin in drinking water has been broadly concerned in the world. It is certainly significant in China that this index be used in the detection of the quality of water. We firstly used gelatinizing method to analyse the concentration of endotoxin in the sources and technically treated samples after different stages of drinking water of the N’th water works of City P. The data indicated: In the technical treatment (technical treatment I) of the water source in which potassium permanganate was added, water source 1 and 2 were detected with endotoxin ranging 20~50 EU/mL(EU is the unit of the amount of endotoxin); water source 3 were detected with endotoxin less than 5 EU/mL. All the three ex-factory water samples contained endotoxin ranging 20~50 EU/mL. After the treatments of all technical processes, the endotoxin removing rate in June is 92%, and that in July is 84%. The tests also suggested that it was more efficient for removing endotoxin that potassium permanganate was added in water source (technical treatment I) than that it was added in the water just before entering the factory (technical treatment II). A comparative conclusion was also drawn in the current paper: No significant difference of the concentrations of endotoxin between the detecting methods of gelatinizing and coloring was shown , neither was that between a fresh water sample and the same sample frozen once.
