结缕草品种抗寒性和抗寒机理研究
Study on Cold-resistance and Mechanism of Different Zoysia japonica Steud. Varieties
通过低温胁迫处理兰引3号结缕草(Zoysia japonica steud. cv.Lanyin No.3)、青岛结缕草(Zoysia japonica steud. cv. Qingdao)和交大1号结缕草(Zoysia japonica steud. cv. Jiaoda No1)3个品种结缕草,分别测定了27至-17℃3个品种的叶片、茎电解质渗透率(EL)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性并进行了地下茎恢复生长试验,得出了生理指标的动态变化规律。结果表明,低温胁迫下,兰引3号结缕草抗寒性最强,EL 、MDA 和SOD三者显著相关。该研究结果可以为结缕草在生产中的推广和应用提供重要理论依据。
hree varieties including Zoysia japonica steud.cv.Lanyin No 3、Zoysia japonica steud.cv.Qingdao and Zoysia japonica steud.cv.Jiaoda No1 were stressed at low temperature from 27℃ to -17℃, then electrolyte leakage,malondiadehyde content and superoxide dismutase activity of leaves and stolons of three varieties were determined, rhizomes restoration was also observed. The results show that Zoysia japonica steud.cv.Lanyin No 3 has the best cold-resistance among three varieties. The results of correlation analysis showed that electrolyte leakage, malondiadehyde content and superoxide dismutase activity correlated with each other significantly.The research results can be used as basis for promoting and applying of Zoysia japonica steud. in production
