干涉检查与产品的研发设计和生产质量有着密切的联系,在汽车车身的设计过程中,不可避免会存在干涉情况,有静态的干涉,有装配路径上的干涉,尤其是后者存在检查过程繁琐,效率低等问题。因此,为了辅助工程设计人员快速发现产品在装配路径上的干涉情况,提出了基于CATIA/CAA二次开发的模拟装配动态干涉检查方法。首先,介绍了CATIA二次开发技术,阐述了干涉检查理论,研究了干涉检查方法及实现原理;其次,比较位姿矩阵和机械装置命令两种驱动方式的优缺点,选择可视化程度较好,定义机械装置的方法作为模拟装配运动的方式;然后,获取零件在全局坐标系下的包围盒,并进行相交测试,初步判断干涉,记录干涉的零件信息,再通过CATIA/CAA提供的碰撞干涉检测接口,对初步判断干涉的零件进行精确干涉检测。最后,通过实例验证,证实了该方法在上件模拟装配过程中动态干涉检测的有效性、可行性。

Interference checking is closely related to product R&D design and production quality. In the design process of assembly or 3D model, there will inevitably be interference, static interference, or interference in assembly path, especially the latter, The inspection process is cumbersome and inefficient. Therefore, in order to assist engineering designers to quickly find out the interference of products in the assembly path, a dynamic assembly inspection method based on CATIA/CAA secondary development is proposed. Firstly, introducing the technology of CATIA secondary development, expounding the theory, studying the method and the realization principle of interference checking. Secondly, Selecting the method of making mechanical device, with better visualization degree, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two poses of the pose matrix and the mechanical device command. Then, Obtaining the bounding box of the part in the global coordinate system, and performing the intersection test, judging the interference initially, recording the interference part information, and checking interference accurately by API provided by CATIA/CAA. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the dynamic interference detection of the proposed method in the simulation assembly process are verified by an example.
