Fenton试剂处理油田含聚污水中聚丙烯酰胺的实验研究

通过对我国油田含聚污水污染状况进行分析,提出处理油田含聚污水的关键是去除污水中的聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM),本文采用Fenton试剂氧化处理聚丙烯酰胺污水。结果表明:在40℃、pH=3、Fe2+和H2O2浓度分别为3mmol/L、9.8mmol/L时HPAM的降解率能达到88%以上,COD降解率达到98%以上。并对Fenton试剂反应机理进行了初步探讨。
Through the analysis of pollution status of Polymer-bearing wastewater in our oilfield, it is suggested that the key point of treatment to Polymer-bearing wastewater in oilfield is the removal of polyacrylamide, this paper adopted Fenton’s reagent to remove HPAM in Polyacrylamide-bearing wastewater. The result show that: At 40℃, pH=3, the concentration of Fe2+ and H2O2 were 3mmol/L and 9.8mmol/L, the HPAM was removed over 88%, COD removals was over 98%. And this paper discussed the reaction mechanism of the Fenton’s reagent primarily.
