外源植物碳输入对城市土壤微生物群落结构的影响
Effects of Extracellular Plant Carbon Added on Soil Microbial Community Structure
采用磷脂脂肪酸法(phospholipid fatty acid,PLFA)分析了外源植物碳添加条件下,福州城市蕃石榴片林地与其毗邻马尼拉草坪土壤微生物群落结构的差异特征.结果表明,外源植物碳的添加显著提高了蕃石榴片林中各类土壤微生物的含量,马尼拉草坪中土壤微生物总微生物量变化不大,细菌含量显著降低,其余各类微生物含量总体呈降低趋势,变化不显著.外源植物碳的添加使得蕃石榴片林和马尼拉草坪的革兰氏阳性细菌/革兰氏阴性细菌比值降低,真菌/细菌比值升高,真菌在外源植物碳添加条件下有更为活跃的变化.蕃石榴片林和马尼拉草坪的土壤微生物群落的多样性分析表明,外源植物碳的加入对蕃石榴片林和马尼拉草坪土壤微生物群落的Shannon丰富度指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Simpson优势度指数均无显著影响.研究认为,蕃石榴片林和马尼拉草坪土壤微生物群落在应对外来人为干扰的情况下有较好的自我调节能力,有利于构建相对稳定的城市土壤生态系统.
By using phospholipid fatty acid(PLFA)method, on the conditions of extracellular plant carbon added,the discriminative features of soil microbial community structure between Psidium guajava Linn and Zoysia matrella lawns were studied.The results showed that extracellular plant carbon added significantly improved all kinds of microbial content in Psidium guajava Linn.In Zoysia matrella lawns,extracellular plant carbon added had no significant effect on the total microbial content,and the bacterial content decreased significantly,the other kinds of microbial content tended to decrease unsignificantly. Exogenous plant carbon added made the proportion of Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria decreased and the proportion of Fungi and bacteria increased.Analyzing variation of microbial community structure between Psidium guajava Linn and Zoysia matrella lawns showed that the Shannon's diversity index,Pielou's evenness index,and Simpson's dominance index were not influenced by extracellular plant carbon added.In conclusion,when facing nonnative human disturbance,microbial community structure between Psidium guajava Linn and Zoysia matrella lawns has better self-adjustment ability and is conducive to a stable city ecosystem.
