超细镍粉的制备及磁性能

Preparation of ultrafine nickel powders and magnetic properties

采用反胶束微乳液法和多元醇液相还原相结合的方法,在乙二醇中还原制备出了球形和刺球形超细镍粉。对镍粉的成分进行了XRD分析,运用SEM、FESEM表征了镍粉的微观形貌和尺寸,并测试了镍粉的磁性能。结果表明:在乙二醇中加入反相微乳液可以制备出不同粒径的球形、刺球形镍粉;磁性能表明:随着颗粒尺寸的增加饱和磁化强度增加,剩余磁化强度和矫顽力降低,刺球形镍粉与球形镍粉相比,具有更高的矫顽力。

Spherical and aristate spherical nickel powders were prepared in ethylene glycol solutions by composite method of aqueous reducing method and reverse micelle microemulsion. The elements of nickel powders were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and the micro-morphology and size was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope and the magnetic properties were observed. The results showed spherical and aristate spherical nickel powders with different diameters could be prepared. With nickel diameter increasing, saturation magnetization was increased and residual magnetization and coercivity was decreased. Aristate spherical nickel powders had higher coercivity than spherical nickel powders.
