活性染料光汗稳定性的影响因素
Study on factors affecting the stability of reactive dyes under light and perspiration
采用ATTS标准测试了九种活性染料受到光汗复合作用时的褪色情况,并分析了曝晒环境、染料母体结构、汗液酸碱性及人工汗液组分等因素对染料光汗稳定性的影响。结果表明:活性染料在受到光照、湿汗及氧气共同作用时褪色最为严重,其中以偶氮络合铜类染料最为敏感,蒽醌类最稳定;汗液酸碱性则通过引起染料-纤维键的水解而显著影响染料的褪色程度;此外,对人工汗液组分的研究表明,汗液中的酸性组分是导致活性染料褪色的重要因素,而无机盐对其褪色有一定的抑制作用。
he fading of nine reactive dyes under light and perspiration was tested using ATTS standard and many factors affecting the stability of these dyes were discussed, viz. exposure environment, chromophores, the pH value and components of the artificial perspiration. The experimental results show that reactive dyes exhibit lowest stability under simultaneous exposure to light, perspiration solution and oxygen and among all dyes, Cu-complex azo reactive dyes appear to be the most sensitive, whereas anthraquinone reactive dyes show the best stability. The pH value of perspiration could also greatly influence the fading of dyes by affecting the hydrolytic stability of dye-fiber bonding. Furthermore, the study on the contribution of artificial perspiration components discloses that some acidic components play the major roles on the fading of the dyes and inorganic salts usually decelerate the fading extent.
