基于粒子群优化算法电容式焊缝跟踪传感器去噪方法研究
Study on Capacitance for Sensor Seam Tracking of Denoising Method Based on Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm
针对小波阈值去噪法在电容式焊缝跟踪传感器薄板搭接信号处理过程中使用软阈值法会使去噪后的信号丢掉焊缝信号的某些特征、硬阈值法在平滑方面有所欠缺的问题,提出了一种软硬阈值改良折中法:折中阈值去噪法。Donoho在理论上证明并找到了最优的通用阈值,但通用阈值在实际应用中的效果并不十分理想。基于此本文提出采用分层阈值。并且使用粒子群优化算法来确定每一个分解尺度的最佳阈值,有效的避免了计算含噪信号的噪声方差。实验结果分析表明,采用该方法对薄板搭接电容焊缝跟踪信号进行降噪处理,能够满足系统的去噪要求。
For wavelet threshold denoising method in capacitive plate lap seam tracking sensor signal processing makes use of the soft threshold denoising signal after losing some of the characteristics of weld signal and hard threshold method has been lacking in the smooth problem. this paper proposes a modified compromise soft hard threshold method: compromise threshold denoising method. Donoho prove in theory and found the general optimal threshold, but general threshold in the actual application effect is not very ideal. Based on the proposed in this paper USES the hierarchical threshold. And using the particle swarm optimization algorithm to determine the best threshold value of each decomposition scale, effectively avoid the noise variance calculation with noise signal. Experimental results show that this method on lap capacitance plate weld tracking signal noise reduction processing, can satisfy the requirement of the system noise.
