近年来的研究发现位于人类染色体13q22-q34区域的DAOA基因与精神分裂症高度关联。我们在126个中国汉族人三口之家中,对位于DAOA基因区域的三个单核苷酸多态性位点(SNPs:rs778294, rs778293和rs3918342)进行基因分型和统计分析。结果发现遗传标记rs778293和rs3918342与精神分裂症存在显著的传递不平衡。此外,我们构建单倍型进行分析发现,单倍型CAT在三口之家中表现出极其显著的传递不平衡。总之,我们的研究进一步支持了DAOA基因座位对精神分裂症的高度易感。

he DAOA gene has been implicated in the etiology of schizophrenia. We genotyped three single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs: rs778294, rs779293 and rs3918342) in this region in 126 Chinese family trios. In this study, we have identified statistically significant transmission disequilibrium in two markers rs778293 and rs3918342, and a highly significant under-transmission between haplotype CAT and schizophrenia. The results provide further evidence to support that DAOA gene locus is involved in conferring susceptibility to schizophrenia.
