Highway hinge system is composed by many highway hinges. Whether the system developed in harmony and in rational structure not only related to the benefit of itself, but also to the development of social economy. This paper analysised the coordinated development on highway hinge system in quantitative and qualitative, and then give the developed countermeasure. The paper designed the evaluation index system of highway hinge on coordinated development and collected a great deal data, it also implemented the measurement of every highway hinge’s comprehensive development level with PCA and establishes the subjection mode.
