本文系统总结了苯并噻唑及其衍生物的合成方法。其中最主要的合成方法包括两种:第一种是基于邻氨基苯硫酚的合成方法,本文从该方法的反应介质、所用原料、催化剂和反应手段四个方面对其进行了总结;第二种是基于N-芳基硫代酰胺的合成方法,N-芳基硫代酰胺可以通过硫负离子的亲核取代法、氧化环化法、苯炔中间体法和自由基环化法转化为苯并噻唑。其它合成方法包括:碘代苯胺法、其它杂环转化法、重排反应法、苯甲酰苯胺或苯甲醛缩苯胺法、催化氧化法和邻氨基苯硫醚化合物的热解法。

he synthetic methods of benzothiazole and its derivatives are reviewed systemically in this article. There are the most two important synthetic methods. The first one is based on the o-amino thiophenol, which is summarized from the four respects of reaction medium, reaction material, catalyst and reaction method. The second synthetic method is based on N-aryl thioamides which can be converted to benzothiazole by the method of sulfur negative ion's nucleophilic substitution, oxidative cyclization, benzyne intermediate and radical cyclization approach. There are some other synthetic methods for benzothiazole and its derivatives such as iodo-aniline, transformation of other heterocyclic, rearrangement reaction, benzoyl aniline or benzaldehyde aniline, catalytic oxidation and thermal decomposition of o-amino phenyl sulfide compounds that also have been introduced briefly in this paper.
