摄像机标定法在煤矿皮带速度检测中的应用

当前煤矿井下皮带系统监控主要由PLC和传感器实现,其测试精度不高。而井下视频设备提供的信息仅由监控室人员人工进行判断,也存在安全隐患。针对此不足,提出基于摄像机标定法的智能实时皮带速度监控系统,并且给出了系统的总体结构和实现流程图。重点研究了实时皮带速度检测算法及其实现,利用实时视频提供的信息计算皮带速度。改进了实时皮带速度的采集手段,最大挖掘已安装的视频摄像头的功能。实验结果表明该方法具有非常高的测定精度,提高了煤矿生产和管理的自动化及现代化。
urrently,the monitoring of belt system in coal mine are mainly by PLC and sensors. Its test accuracy is not very high. And the information provided by under mine video equipments is only judged in the monitoring room manually. There are also security risks. According to these drawbacks ,this paper proposes an intelligent real-time monitoring system of belt speed based on the camera calibration, and bring forward the overall construction of the system and the flow chart to implement it. And then focus on real-time belt speed detection algorithm and its implemention. We use the information provided by real-time video to compute belt speed. This improved means of real-time belt speed collection and maximized the function of the installed video cameras. The experiment result shows that this method has very high accuracy and improves automation and modernization of production and management in coal mine.
