Thyroglossal duct papillary carcinoma: a case report and comprehensive literature review.
甲状舌管囊肿是一种临床常见疾病，而甲状舌管囊肿合并囊壁癌变非常罕见，本文是一例甲状舌管囊肿合并甲状腺乳头状癌病例，切除甲状舌管囊肿术后病理结合免疫组化考虑甲状舌管囊肿合并甲状腺乳头状癌。对此病例进行分析及相关知识学习，结合患者临床资料、病理特征探讨甲状舌骨囊肿与甲状腺乳头状癌的关系。

The thyroglossal duct cyst is a frequently encountered clinical condition; however, the coexistence of cystic wall cancer with it is exceptionally uncommon. This case underscores an occurrence of papillary thyroid carcinoma complicating a thyroglossal duct cyst. Postoperative pathology and immunohistochemistry were meticulously examined to delineate the unique attributes of this dual condition. Through a comprehensive analysis of this case, in conjunction with pertinent medical knowledge and a thorough review of the patient's clinical data and pathological characteristics, our objective was to explore the connection between thyroglossal duct cysts and thyroid papillary carcinoma.
