模块化的图书分拣系统

为了解决图书分拣的图书破损和场地限制等难题,本文设计了一套适用于图书馆的模块化图书分拣系统。本图书分拣系统能可直接放入一整摞书进行分拣,采用传送带与自适应系统柔和施力,减少图书在分拣过程中的磨损,可根据场景选择不同的模块化搭配方案,最终同一类型的一摞书分拣到对应的还书箱中。本系统的机械结构设计及模拟仿真由Solidworks软件完成,使用树莓派、Adurino和FPGA等电路控制模块对适用在系统中的传感器与电机等终端进行控制与逻辑编程。本系统提高了图书馆管理员的工作效率,减少了图书的磨损,兼具组装方便、可维护性强的优点,适用于各种不同类型的图书分拣场景,其分拣效率比现有最新的图书分拣系统高约32%。
In order to solve the problems of book damage such as book sorting and limitation of size, this paper has designed a modular book sorting system suitable for libraries. This book sorting system can directly put a whole stack of books for sorting. It uses a conveyor belt and an adaptive system to gently push books to reduce abrasion of books during the sorting process. Different modular matching schemes can be selected depending on different scene. A stack of books of the same type is sorted into corresponding "return box". The design of mechanical structure and simulation of this system are completed by Solidworks. The circuit control modules such as Raspberry Pi, Adurino and FPGA are used to control and program the sensors and motor terminals suitable for the system. The system improves efficiency of work of library administrators, reduces abrasion of books, and has the advantages of convenient assembly and strong maintainability. It is also suitable for various types of book sorting scenarios, and its sorting efficiency is more efficient than up-to-date existing book sorting system about 32% higher.
