涡北选煤厂煤泥分选工艺探讨

In resent years, with the increase of the amount of washing Raw Coal in Guobei coal preparation plant, and the slime in raw coal also increased dramatically. Coal slime after pre-desliming directly goes into floatation system which makes floatation system pressure larger and flotation capacity short. Original slurry treatment process can not meet current production requirements. On this basic, we propose that first we should deslime out coal slime below 1 mm. We use TBS to separate out 1-0.25 mm of fine coal and flotation cell to select out materials below 0.25mm.then we can solve the larger pressure of flotation system and preliminary raise the economic benefit 8.8 million yuan.
