温胆汤的源流及温胆汤类方证

创伤后应激障碍指严重创伤性事件后所出现的一种典型精神障碍性疾病，临床表现繁多，病机尚不明了，尚未形成疗效确切的治疗方案，在医学研究中日益受到关注。温胆汤属于化痰类方剂，从南北朝时期流传至今，被历代医家不断演绎，形成了具有明显方证特色的方药体系，被用于消化系统、循环系统、呼吸系统等众多领域，但使用最多的是神经精神疾病，据统计达半数以上。因此，对温胆汤的源流、温胆汤证的特点、温胆汤与神志疾病的关系等问题进行梳理，对于阐释温胆汤治疗PTSD的理论依据，有着重要的意义。
Post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), paid more and more attention in medical research, is a various mental disorder due to traumatic events. Its pathogenesis remains unclear, and the curative treatment has not yet formed. Wendan Decoction used to treat phlegm syndrom from the period of the northern and Southern Dynasties, has been used in many fields such as digestive system, circulatory system, respiratory system, and more than 50% for nervous and mental diseases. Therefore, the origin of Wendan Decoction, the feature of Wendan Decoction syndrome, the relation of Wendan Decoction and mental diseases need to be studied, which is important to interpret the theoretical basis for Wendan Decoction in the treatment of PTSD.
