Benchmarking is formed in enterprises, and it is a management which is a practice-oriented, process-oriented. Through the implementation of Benchmarking, auto manufacturers can understand themselves clearly and absorb the advantages of others at the same time, so as to improve enterprise performance. This paper introduced the benchmarking principles and advantages, and on this basis, given the auto manufacturers the specific operational procedures of benchmarking, in order to provide a reference for the auto manufacturers.
