新型测序技术对古生菌基因组学的应用进展
Research Advance on DNA Sequencing technology Application in Archaeal Genomics -- A Review
古生菌作为三域生命中重要的一域,其形态大小,基因排布方式,能量代谢途径接近于细菌,但是DNA的复制、转录和翻译机制则与真核生物更相似,这些特征不断地吸引着人们的注意。伴随着分子生物学技术、测序技术与信息技术的快速发展,古生菌中基因组学研究方兴未艾,本文将从基因组学中三个重要的部分--测序技术的发展、比较基因组学(Comparative Genomics)、功能基因组学(Functional Genomics)三个方面对目前古生菌领域中的基因组学研究进展一一进行介绍。
s an important domain of cellular lives, archaea is regarded as the bridge between bacteria and eukarya. Its unique characteristics attract many attention from biologists. With the development of molecular biology technology, DNA-Sequencing technology and information technology, archaeal genomics is in the ascendant. In this review, three important parts in archaeal genomics research, including DNA-Sequencing technology advance, comparative genomics and functional genomics, and their achievement to date will be introduced.
