为提升聚醚胺(polyether amine,PEA)抑制剂的抑制效果,利用季铵化反应制备了新型双季铵盐页岩抑制剂--SJAY。采用红外光谱测试对其分子结构进行表征,通过线性膨胀实验、滚动分散实验对其水化抑制性进行评价,利用Zeta电位、黏土粒径分布、表面张力、黏土润湿性、黏土层间距等测试对其水化抑制机理进行分析。结果表明:SJAY水化抑制性能优于氯化钾(KCl)、聚合醇(polymeric alcohol,PMA)和PEA抑制剂,1% SJAY可将膨润土的膨胀量由9.35 mm降低至4.67 mm,使泥页岩的回收率由9.37%提升至75.29%;SJAY能够中和黏土表面的负电荷,插入黏土层间,吸附在黏土表面使其更加疏水,大幅降低水基流体的表面张力,从而有效抑制泥页岩的水化膨胀和分散。现场应用效果表明,L-2井在二开井段顺利钻进,未发生井壁掉块等井壁失稳问题,井径扩大率显著降低,SJAY能够满足钻进泥页岩地层时对水化抑制性的要求。

In order to improve the inhibition effect of polyether amine (PEA) inhibitor, a new type of double quaternary ammonium salt shale inhibitor SJAY was prepared by quaternization reaction. Its molecular structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, its hydration inhibition was evaluated by linear expansion test and rolling dispersion test, and its hydration inhibition mechanism was analyzed by Zeta potential, clay particle size distribution, surface tension, clay wettability, clay layer spacing and other tests. The results show that the hydration inhibition performance of SJAY is better than that of potassium chloride (KCl), polymeric alcohol (PMA) and PEA inhibitors. 1% SJAY can reduce the expansion of bentonite from 9.35 mm to 4.67 mm, and increase the recovery of shale from 9.37% to 75.29%. SJAY can neutralize the negative charge on the clay surface, insert it between layers of clay, adsorb it on the clay surface to make it more hydrophobic, greatly reduce the surface tension of water-based fluid, thus effectively inhibiting the hydration expansion and dispersion of shale. Field application results show that L-2 well was successfully drilled during the second opening interval, without wellbore instability problems such as wellbore falling, and the borehole enlargement rate was significantly reduced. SJAY can meet the requirements for hydration inhibition when drilling shale formation.
