本文以钛酸四丁酯、乙醇为原料, 十二烷基磺酸钠为组装介质,通过逐层自组装技术制备了纳米结构TiO2/γ-Al2O3复合材料,并以其为光催化剂,对苯酚进行光催化降解;利用SEM、XRD、EDS等对复合颗粒进行了表征。研究表明:纳米结构TiO2/γ-Al2O3复合颗粒的组成、结构、形貌可通过组装次数、煅烧温度等实验条件来控制,催化剂的加入提高了苯酚的降解速度;组装次数和煅烧温度对TiO2/γ-Al2O3的光催化降解苯酚的活性有重要影响。

In this paper, nanostructured TiO2/γ-Al2O3 composite materials were successfully prepared by means of layer-by-layer selfassembly approach with Ti(OC4H9)4, C2H5OH as the raw material and sodium dodecyl sulfate (C12H24SO4Na) aqueous solution as organic self-assembly monolayer. SEM, XRD, EDS were adopted for the investigation of the TiO2/γ-Al2O3 composite materials. The results showed that the morphology, structure and the amount of TiO2 on the surface of γ-Al2O3 could be controlled by varying the reaction conditions such as calcination, layers of assembly and self-assembly medium. In addition, the nanostructured TiO2/γ-Al2O3 particles increased the degradation rate of phenol and the photocatalytic activity of the TiO2/γ-Al2O3 is closely correlated with the assembly layers and calcination temperature.
