热重法研究煤粉催化燃烧的特性

Investigation on catalyzed combustion of Pulverized Coal by thermogravimetric analysis

采用综合热分析仪测定了几种稀土金属和碱土金属化合物对煤粉燃烧特性的影响,重点研究了稀土金属化合物Ce2(CO3)3在不同添加量和不同粒度时对煤粉的燃烧过程的影响。结果表明,稀土金属化合物可以提高煤粉中挥发分的燃烧性能、显著降低煤粉的着火点、缩短燃烧时间。添加量在1.0 % 时,煤粉着火点降低约30℃。催化剂添加量越大、粒度越小,催化作用越明显。此外,对稀土化合物的助燃机理做了初步探讨。

he effects of several kinds of rare earth metal compounds and alkaline-earth metal compounds on combustion property of coal have been investigated using synthetical thermal analyzer, especially the influences of contents and particle sizes of CeCO3 on the combustion process of coal. The results show that the rare earth metal compounds can increase the combustibility of volatile in the coal、decrease its ignition point and shorten the whole combustion time. The temperature of coal ignition can be reduced about 30℃ when the addition content of the rare earth metal compounds was 1.0 %. The catalytic effect becomes more eminent at the condition of either the addition content of catalyst increase or the particle size decrease. In addition, the mechanism of combustion-supporting is preliminarily discussed in this paper.
