Numerical Simulation of PELE Lateral Effect in Moderately Thick Targets

设计了同口径同质量分别装填铝和聚乙烯的钨合金PELE侵彻体结构,采用AUTODYN-2D软件对该PELE侵彻体以1100m/s着速侵彻50mm厚铝合金靶过程进行了数值模拟,得到了钨合金壳厚对壳体径向膨胀速度和壳体内壁压力的影响规律,结合AHP层次分析法优选出了PELE侵彻体结构参数的最佳范围,研究结果对实用PELE弹设计具有参考价值。

PELE(Penetrator with Enhanced Lateral Effect)of tungsten alloy shell with same caliber and mass was designed, penetration process of PELE toward 50mm aluminum alloy target in the velocity of 1100m/s was simulated by AUTODYN-2D code, the radial dilating velocity and pressure of shell is portrayed out, optimized the structure and matching parameters of six models which insured the best lateral effect through the range with AHP(analytical hierarchy process).
