Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope (LSCM) excludes the out of focus signals effectively and enhances its resolution and contrast, so it provides clearer image. It is widely used in the study of plant cytology in recent years, and has broad application prospects in phytomedicine research. Overview of relevant research so as to reflect the latest developments.
