该控制系统采用可编程控制器为核心、PC为上位机,可编程控制器通过专用数据线和上位机通信,利用组态软件对整个系统进行实时监控,利用PLC对加热反应炉进行现场的实施自动控制。实验证明,PLC和MCGS结合有利于PLC控制系统的设计、检测,具有良好的应用价值。

he control system uses programmable controller as the core, PC as the host computer, programmable controller through a dedicated data line and the host computer communication, the use of configuration software for real-time monitoring of the entire system using the PLC to the implementation of on-site heating furnaces automatic control. Results show, PLC, and MCGS with PLC control system is conducive to the design, testing, has a good application value.
