在醋酸钾的缓冲溶液中,Cu(OAc)2 H2O和Ni(OAC)2 4H2O自组装生成一种新型六核异金属簇,{K4H4[Cu4Ni2(μ-O)(μ3-O)4(OAc)8][Cu(OAc)4]} 12H2O (1),并通过单晶X射线衍射,元素分析,FT-IR光谱以及动态光散射对其进行表征。晶体学研究表明,1的分子核类型为M6(μ-O)(μ3-O)4。磁化率测量表明,在化合物1中存在反铁磁相互作用。用光谱法研究了化合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用,结果表明化合物是在静态猝灭过程中猝灭BSA的本征荧光,且结合常数(Kb)和结合位点数(n)分别为2.14 × 104 M?1和1.01.
he novel hexanuclear {K4H4[Cu4Ni2(μ-O)(μ3-O)4(OAc)8][Cu(OAc)4]} 12H2O (1) cluster has been synthesized from the mixture of Cu(OAc)2 H2O and Ni(OAC)2 4H2O in a potassium acetate buffer solution. The complex was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectra and Dynamic light scattering. Crystallographic studies revealed that the molecular core type was M6(μ-O)(μ3-O)4 in 1. Magnetic susceptibility measurements revealed the presence of antiferromagnetic interactions in complex 1. The interaction between the hexanuclear complex with bovine serum albumin (BSA) have been studied by spectroscopies. The results indicated that complex could quench the intrinsic fluorescence of BSA in a static quenching process.
