抑制分布式发电并网功率波动的直流电压随动控制策略
DC Voltage Follow - up Control Strategy for Suppressing the Power Fluctuation of Distributed Generation
可再生能源发电并网功率的波动对电网电能质量、电网损耗和电网安全都有影响,在每个分布式发电的并网处就地予以抑制是一种较好的途径。本文提出一种利用分布式发电的并网逆变器就地抑制并网功率波动的方法,在直流侧装设一定容量的电容器,譬如锂离子超级电容器。通过对并网逆变器实施直流电压随动控制,利用电容器的充放电功率来补偿分布式可再生能源发电的功率波动,实现了并网功率的平滑稳定。以光伏并网发电系统为例,仿真验证了直流电压随动控制策略抑制并网功率波动的有效性。
he grid-connected power fluctuation of renewable energy power generation has a negative effect on grid power quality, grid loss and grid safety. In this paper, a new method of suppressing grid-connected power fluctuation in situ is proposed. The specific program is installing a certain capacity capacitor on the DC side of grid-connected inverter, such as lithium ion supercapacitors. When the DC voltage follow-up control of the grid-connected inverter is implemented, the charge and discharge power of the capacitor is used to compensate the power fluctuation of the distributed renewable energy. Taking the PV grid-connected power generation system as an example, the simulation results show that the DC voltage follow-up control strategy can effectively suppress the power fluctuation of the distributed power generation system.?
