本文以芳樟叶浸出液作为还原剂,在超声辅助下,制备了用于1,2-丙二醇选择氧化制备丙酮醛的反应的Ag/ZrO2催化剂。考察了催化反应温度和催化剂制备条件对其反应性能的影响,并采用XRD、TEM、UV-vis DRS实验技术对所制备的催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,在银的理论负载量为9 wt.%、芳樟叶浸出液浓度为0.05 g/mL、70 W功率下超声60 min、450 oC焙烧2.0 h得到的Ag/ZrO2催化剂可获得最佳催化反应性能,在340 oC下,1,2-丙二醇的转化率达到96.8%,丙酮醛的选择性达到73.3%。

g/ZrO2 catalysts for the selective oxidation of 1,2-propanediol to methylglyoxal with molecular oxygen were prepared by an ultrasonic-assisted biosynthesis with cinnamomum camphoratrees extract. Influence of reaction temperature and preparation conditions of the catalysts on the catalytic activity were investigated. The catalyst was characterized by XRD, TEM and UV-Vis DRS techniques. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were as follows: silver loading was 9 wt%, leachate concentration was 0.05 g?mL-1, ultrasound power was 70 W, ultrasound time was 60 min,calcination temperature was 450 C, calcination time was 2 h. The Ag/ZrO2 catalyst prepared under above optimum conditions demonstrated good performance at 340 C, the conversion of 1,2-propane glycol was 96.8% and the selectivity of methyglyoxal was 73.3%.
