基于支持向量机的汽车发动机故障诊断研究
Based on support vector machine car engine fault diagnosis research
发动机作为汽车的动力源,运行状态的好坏直接影响到整车的工作状况。发动机的故障占全车故障的比例很高,维修费用高,花费时间长。在发动机不解体的情况下,若能及时准确地对其当前的技术状况做出判断,判明故障部位,指出故障原因和排除方法,将提高汽车使用的可靠性和安全性。本文研究的内容是基于支持向量机的汽车发动机故障诊断研究,主要研究思路是:以易于检测的振动信号为故障诊断的信号源,综合利用基于信号处理和能量变化率的方法实现故障特征的提取,建立不同故障类型的训练集,基于支持向量机的方法实现故障模式识别。研究结果表明,该方法对汽车发动机的故障识别具有重要工程意义。

Not in the disintegration of the engine, if can timely and accurate to its current technology conditions make a judgment, marshaling failure positions, points out that the cause of the problem and elimination method, will improve the car use of reliability and security. This paper studies the content is based on support vector machine (SVM) car engine fault diagnosis research, the main research idea is: to easy to test of vibration signal for fault diagnosis of the signal source, the comprehensive utilization of based on signal processing and energy of the variation of the failure feature extraction method, set up different fault type of training set, based on support vector machine method to realize the failure pattern recognition. Research results show that the method of automobile engine fault recognition has important engineering significance.
