深部煤层巷道围岩变化规律 及支护对策研究

随着矿井开采深度的不断增加,地质条件发生重大变化,导致深部巷道围岩稳定性控制与支护的难度加大。本文针对平煤股份十一矿丁5-6-26041煤层巷道,分析了巷道破坏的主要影响因素,根据围岩应力、位移随巷道开挖时间的变化规律,提出有利于巷道围岩稳定的支护对策。现场实测表明,高强度锚杆-锚索联合支护,可以大幅度提高围岩的承载能力;巷道顶板下沉量控制在60mm左右,两帮移近量控制在130mm左右。巷道围岩变形得到有效控制,满足了生产需要,为类似地质条件下的支护设计提供了借鉴。因此,高强预应力锚杆-锚索联合支护技术在深部巷道支护中是行之有效的。

long with the increament of exploiting depth and the deterioration of the geological conditions,it becomes hard to control the stability of the surrounding rocks in deep tunnel and support.In this paper,for Peimei AG 11th coal mine,the main factors of roadway damage is analysised;According to the variation of wall rock stress and deformation,favorable support measures to wall rock stability is developed.Field testing showed that high-strength bolt and anchor support technology is able to increase the carrying capacity of rock.Roof subsidence is controlled about 60mm,two groups closer to the amount of 130mm.Deformation of wall rock has been effectively controlled,to meet the needs of production,similar geological conditions to design is provided a reference.So, high-strength bolt and anchor support technology in deep roadway is effective.
