二氧化铈紫外吸收光谱蓝移机理研究进展
Research progress in mechanism of blue shift in ultraviolet absorption spectra of Ceria
二氧化铈材料因其紫外吸收光谱中的蓝移现象,在紫外吸收方面有着广泛的应用前景。本文简要概述了近年来国内外学者关于二氧化铈蓝移现象起源的研究成果,主要包括量子尺寸效应,Ce3+和Ce4+间价态转变、稀土离子掺杂、由电子-声子耦合产生的界面极子效应等原因。这对研究二氧化铈的紫外吸收性能具有十分重要的作用。
eria has a broad application prospect in the ultraviolet absorption aspects due to its ultraviolet absorption performance. This paper lists various mechanisms of the blue shift put forward by scholars domestic and overseas in recent years,mainly including the quantum size effect ,valence transition of Ce3+-Ce4+, the doping of rare earth ions, an interfacial polaron e?ect arising from electron-phonon coupling etc. It has a very significant influence on the ultraviolet absorption performance of Ceria.
