儒家文化思想精髓是“相济”为“和”、 以“和”为贵、“和”而不“同”。本文在此基础上提出了和谐管理的框架,这个框架表明和谐管理由内部和谐、外部和谐两部分组成。内部和谐包括局部和谐、岗位和谐、员工和谐三个层次。外部和谐包括品牌和谐、市场和谐和社会和谐三个层次。
he marrow of the Confucian culture thought is that every factor in the organization must be a whole, which means no factor should exceed the system, harmony is important, to be harmonious but in different, on which the paper gave the outline of harmonious management. This outline showed that harmonious management is made up of two parts: internal harmony and external harmony. The internal harmony includes three levels: harmonies between parts, between posts and between staffs. The external harmony includes harmonies between brands, in market and in society.
